PDF page splitter and editor

Extract, delete, rotate and reorder pages of a PDF, or split it into single pages. The file never leaves your device.

What is the PDF page editor for?

When you need to send only two pages of a hundred-page report, straighten scanned pages that came out sideways, or remove blank pages from a contract, this tool does the job. You preview and select pages, then create a new PDF in the order you want.

To combine several PDFs use the Merge PDF tool; to turn photos into a PDF use Image to PDF.

How to use it

  1. Choose your PDF; its pages open as small previews.
  2. Select pages by tapping them or by typing a range.
  3. Rotate pages and change their order if needed.
  4. Extract or delete the selected pages, save with all changes, or split every page into its own file.

Privacy

Your PDF is processed in your browser with the open-source pdf.js and pdf-lib libraries; it is never uploaded to a server. New files don't carry the original document's author and software information.

Frequently asked questions

Does my original PDF change?
No. The tool creates a new PDF without touching your original file. The actions you choose apply only to the new file you download.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
No. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs can't be edited for security reasons. As the owner of the file, remove the password first.
How do I type a page range?
Use page numbers separated by commas and ranges with a hyphen. For example, 1-3, 5, 8- selects pages 1, 2, 3, 5 and everything from 8 to the end.
Are links and form fields kept?
Page content, text and images are kept. Internal links between pages and some form fields may not work in the new file; this is in the nature of splitting pages.
