Privacy notice

This notice explains, under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), how personal data is processed through psikologhalilibrahimayar.com.

What data is processed?

Only what you write in the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, the topic you choose and your message. To prevent abuse of the form, your IP address is irreversibly hashed and kept for no more than 24 hours.

Why, and on what legal basis?

This information is used only to reply to your request and, if needed, to arrange a session, based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) and on it being necessary to establish a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c). It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties.

Where is it stored, and for how long?

Messages are stored on the site’s hosting provider (Hostinger) and in my mailbox. They are not kept longer than necessary once your request is resolved, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Cookies and browser data

This site sets no cookies for visitors and uses no third-party tracking or advertising tools. Your theme preference, your “Mood data” entries on the home page and anything you enter in the tools are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and are never sent to me or anyone else. Files you add to the tools (PDFs, images etc.) are processed on your device and are not uploaded.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object. Write to info@psikologhalilibrahimayar.com for any request.
